Депрессии с аттенуированной психотической симптоматикой в юношеском возрасте
Аннотация
Цель: представить обзор современных научных публикаций по вопросам феноменологии , классификации и терапии аттенуированной психотической симптоматики в структуре юношеских депрессий.
Материалы и методы. Для составления систематического обзора производился поиск публикаций в международной базе данных Webofscienceи на российском информационном портале E-libraryза последние 10 лет по ключевым словам «юношеские депрессии», «аттенуированные психотические расстройства», «психотический риск».
Заключение. В обзоре приведена история выделения аттенуированных психотических симптомов, представлены синдромологические и патогенетические аспекты взаимосвязи аффективной симптоматики и аттенуированных психотических симптомов, варианты их классификации. Изложены взгляды исследователей на прогностическую значимость этих расстройств, степень риска манифестации шизофрении. Рассмотрены современные подходы к раннему терапевтическому вмешательству.
